Pre-Authorized Giving

Holy Name is pleased to offer our parishioners a convenient and tax-deductible way to make their contribution on a monthly basis.  This excludes special Archdiocesan donations.  All you need to do is complete the Pre-Authorized Giving Form once, and your instructions will remain in effect until you advise us of any changes.

The plan is called "Pre-Authorized Giving" or P.A.G.  We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity by completing the Pre-Authorized Giving Form provided.  You may complete the form manually or electronically and return it either by email, by dropping it off at the Parish office or in the collection basket, or you may send it by regular mail.  We thank you for your support.
